Are you an experienced Oracle HCM Functiol Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR , Talent Magement , and Performance modules. We’re hiring for a long-term transformation programme with a global organisation undergoing a multi-country Oracle HCM Cloud rollout.
You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end functiol design, leading workshops, driving configuration, supporting UAT, and ebling successful deployments across multiple geographies. This role is part of a high-performing team delivering enterprise-grade HCM capabilities in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of Core HR , Talent , and Performance Magement
Proven track record in large-scale implementations or rollouts
Ability to mage client-facing workshops, gather requirements, and deliver functiol solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
