DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Demonstrated proven experience on large-scale maintenance projects.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in managing the process to ensure projects are completed on time, with quality workmanship and within budget (Federal Projects and experience a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or in a related field will be considered.
• Conduct regular inspections, enforce safety protocols and address any issues that arise to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and timelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a good track record in project management and team collaboration
• Develop comprehensive work plans and schedules to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to meet milestones on time and within budget.
• Monitor project budget, costs, job forecasts and productivity to optimize project efficiency.
