We're a growing home renovation company in Las Vegas seeking a passionate Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. In this role, you'll take full ownership of our brand's digital presence—managing social media, creating high-quality video content, and driving strategic marketing campaigns to showcase our stunning home transformations.
This is an on-site position—you'll collaborate closely with our team at our Las Vegas office and visit project sites to capture compelling content that highlights our craftsmanship.
What You'll Do:
Develop & execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and showcase our work.
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
Create high-quality video content from project sites, telling the story of our transformations through engaging visuals.
Monitor marketing performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Stay ahead of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and social media algorithm changes to keep our content fresh and effective.
Implement creative marketing initiatives to set us apart from competitors and attract more leads.
Manage online reputation, ensuring positive customer engagement and timely responses across all platforms.
Work closely with leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and growth plans.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or Social Media Manager, preferably in home improvement, construction, or design industries.
Strong social media management skills with an emphasis on video content creation.
Video production & editing experience—you'll be capturing and editing footage from job sites.
A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness.
Analytical skills to track performance and adjust strategies based on data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
