Job Description

Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand across digital platforms, creating engaging content that converts followers into customers and strengthens our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter
• Post on all social media platforms, multiple times a day
• Create captions for all social media content for all platforms
• Photograph and style products for social media content
• Develop and implement social media campaigns that align with seasonal collections and promotions
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data insights
• Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner
• Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values
• Stay current on social media trends, especially within the fashion industry
• Participate in photoshoots and content creation days
• Produce engaging short-form videos for both organic and paid campaigns, including TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design, edit, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, graphics, captions) that aligns with brand identity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years experience in social media management, preferably in fashion or retail
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent photography, styling, and visual composition skills
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics and conversion optimization
• Fashion-forward with a strong sense of current trends
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
