We are seeking a talented Senior Python Engineer | Platform Engineering Automation & AI Software to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation marketing automation ecosystem. In this role, you will work on a dynamic development team, leveraging rich marketing data to build personalization and recommendation engines. Additionally, you will integrate automation tools into the Siemens marketing ecosystem.
Key Functions - Develop and enhance our marketing automation ecosystem.
- Utilize marketing data to create personalized experiences and recommendation engines.
- Integrate automation tools within the Siemens marketing framework.
Skills And Qualifications - Extensive professional experience in Python development, with a proven track record of building scalable software solutions.
- Strong expertise in data marts such as Snowflake or Redshift, with working knowledge of SQL.
- Deep experience with AWS services, particularly Bedrock and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in AI modeling and leveraging AWS Web Services for AI-driven solutions.
- Hands-on experience in data flow monitoring using CloudWatch metrics and creating monitoring dashboards.
- Significant background in building and maintaining marketing automation services.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous experience working in an Agile development environment.

The salary range for this position is $105,100 to $189,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
