Job Description



The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, and optimize guest engagement. This role reports to the Associate Director of Marketing and collaborates in the execution of marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative leader with a strong background in marketing, brand management, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director of Marketing to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
  • Manage advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Prioritizes and assigns campaign responsibilities to marketing team based on overall goals
  • Develops core strategies and initial campaign messaging for all marketing initiatives
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Utilize data and key performance metrics (KPIs) to drive decision-making and optimize ROI.
  • Work with the sales team to create targeted marketing initiatives that support revenue goals.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Oversee content creation for digital and print assets, including websites, brochures, and social media.
  • Approves all materials deployed from marketing department
  • Approves social media content calendars, assets and strategies
  • Sources, selects and manages website vendors, photographers and videographers
  • Manages paid advertising (social, PPC, etc.) in collaboration with ADOM, DOSM and DORM and marketing budget
  • Lead photo and video shoot director
  • Manages all vendor contracts and ad hoc purchases
  • Manages overall departmental reporting and optimization strategies
  • Oversees website creation and development
  • Oversees all influencer partnerships and agreements
  • Gathers and prepares content and copy needed to produce legacy event, sales and rooms projects; shares final information with marketing team
  • Optimizes digital presence and performance with SEO and content strategies
  • Proposing and executing marketing plans that promote revenue growth and generation among key consumer segments while supporting the hotel’s brand positioning and image.
  • Manages print production schedule and serves as marketing lead with internal partners

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and revenue management teams.
  • Manage external vendors, including print production, designers, agencies, and content creators.

Qualifications



Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
