We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Responsibilities:

  • Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
  • Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
  • Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
  • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
  • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
  • Recruit new agents and Mortgage Loan Officers via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
  • High attention to detail for processing of legal documentation for both Real Estate and Mortgage Lending
Qualifications:
  • Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
  • Verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Must have a college degree
  • Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Must be within 10-minute drive to 76015 for in office hours
  • Bilingual skills highly regarded, but not required
