Personal/Executive Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Personal/Executive Assistant to support an entrepreneur in the hospitality, food, and wine industries. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced and growing business, offering a variety of responsibilities and the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and handle logistics for business trips
Manage real estate projects, including vendor payments, insurance coordination, and task tracking
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as reconciling bank accounts and processing bills
Assist with personal tasks, such as grabbing coffee, organizing meetings, picking up supplies, and other duties as needed
Travel between offices, homes, and projects as required, making sure everything runs smoothly

Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant (5+ years preferred)
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Office
Exceptional writing skills
A valid driver's license and reliable car for local travel
Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
