Always Best Care Senior Services - Torrance, CA is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our company. Responsibilities:

Utilize various recruitment tactics, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to attract potential candidates
Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in our recruitment database
