What We’re Looking For:

• Certified (or working toward it!) Personal Trainer
• CPR/AED certified
• Experience in training—whether in a gym, studio, or 1:1 sessions (big plus!)Bonus points if you’re familiar with apps like MyFitnessPal or club management software like ClubOS
• Excellent communication skills—you know how to inspire, motivate, and educate
• A hunger to grow and a passion for helping others become their best selves
• Background in corrective exercise, post-rehab, or injury prevention? You’re our hero.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Train and empower members 1:1 or in small groups
• Match the right training programs to each client’s unique goals
• Conduct consultations to uncover goals and tailor plans accordingly
• Track and report progress to keep clients motivated and on the path to success
• Build real, lasting relationships that keep people coming back for more
