REQUIREMENTS
A hard science background, particularly in molecular/cellular biology, gene therapy or antibodies, is required. An advanced degree in a related field is strongly preferred. The candidate must have experience running day to day supervision and training of technical specialists and junior attorneys. The ideal candidate has experience working on prosecution, due diligence, FTO, counseling matters; and handling large clients with big portfolios globally. Candidates must be licensed to practice before the USPTO and admitted to a state bar.
